How many obstacles would you be willing to climb to help children recover from disabilities? Here is your chance to find out! The Run-A-Muck race is taking place on 20th October, 2012 and Zest4Kidz is encouraging all able-bodies to get out and get muddy! Register Today!

What: Ireland’s most popular off-road fun and run for runners and joggers of all abilities (two options available – a 5K and a 10K).

When: 20th Oct. 2012

Where: On the grounds of Clonkeeran House near Johnstown Bridge, Co. Kildare. DIRECTIONS

Why: To help support the work of Zest4Kidz in a fun and exciting way.

The Runamuck Challenge is a cross country event over a wet and mucky course with various man made and natural obstacles like bale “jumps”, net scrambles, super slides, tarzan swings, bridges, ditchs, streams, tyres and tunnels. It is designed to test your mental and physical strength and will leave you with a big grin on your face! All obstacles are achievable but if you have any real difficulties then there are alternative routes available. Hopefully we will see you there in October for the original and the best “Down N Durty in the Country” experience!

Cost: The race costs €25 but if you register a group of six or more the cost drops to €20. Register Now.

Fundraise: Once you’ve registered for the race, you can then fundraise on behalf of Zest4Kidz either through online donation services such as idonate.ie or sponsor.ie OR you can fundraise via a Sponsorship Card.
