Since 2008 Zest4Kidz have been partnering with local organizations in India to bring light into little lives. Zest4Kidz is committed to local partnerships to ensure that the work we are investing in is both effective and strategic. In November 2009 we celebrated the opening of our first partner school and are planning the opening of our second school in 2013.
Schools
One of the main reasons children are sold into sex trafficking is because they become a financial burden on their parents. Zest4Kidz partners with schools to make sure the children are fed and clothed, meaning they are no longer a financial burden on their parents. What is more, the children are receiving a valuable education enabling them to one day move out of the slums. Zest4Kidz currently supports 250 children via our school in Pune. When our second school opens in 2013 we will be supporting 400 slum kids and their families!
